Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times
We are often asked why we don’t have an end of day or evening drop off time. The reason is that we know from experience, that dogs really need the day at camp to settle in, and to tire out. That way they are at ease when it comes to bed time, and will have a good night’s sleep.
Drop-off and pick-up times are as follows:
Drop off:
7:30am – 8:30am
11:00am – 12:00pm
Pick up:
11:00am – 12:00pm
4:00pm – 5:00pm
If you arrive a few minutes early for check in:
Please wait in your vehicle until the correct time. If you are late for a morning pick up or drop off – we may ask that you return during the next time ʻslot.ʼ If you cannot pick up by 6 pm, please contact us by phone ahead of time, and we will arrange for pick up on the following day.
Note: If you have extenuating circumstances and need to come outside of the above times, this must be pre-arranged, and is not available outside the hours of 7:30 am – 6:00 pm. In that event, a $25 early or late pick up / drop off fee will be charged.
Why are we so strict with our schedule?
Dogs at Camp is unlike a traditional dog boarding kennel, as we provide a unique environment within which dogs have the opportunity to exercise, socialize, and of course – play! We work VERY hard to ensure the continued safety of this environment. In order to do so, our camp days are structured carefully, and in advance. This means that we know exactly when dogs are arriving, and departing. Having clients arrive unexpectedly is tricky for us, and we ask for your cooperation by ensuring that you adhere to the times above.
