We all work hard every day to ensure that every camper has a fun and safe experience!
We share your love of dogs, and when it comes to the care of our own dogs we expect nothing but the very best. We miss our dogs when we’re apart from them, and we certainly understand that you’ll miss yours, too. But camp is fun, and we do our best to give each camper a wonderful experience while you’re away!
Our camp counsellors are all dog owners and dog lovers too. They are thoroughly trained to ensure that every dog at camp is enjoying his / her camp time. And each dog is always given personal love and attention.

Tara | Camp Manager
My name is Tara, and I have been working at Camp for a few years now. I am the Camp Manager, where I get to work alongside a great team of staff! In addition to being management, I live within the “barn” with my partner Taylor and our two dogs Java (Chocolate Lab) and Hammie (American Bulldog). I feel very fortunate to be in the position I am in, where I get to work and live in a wonderful environment out in the country. In fact, I have every intention to call this place home for the long-term. We have truly created a unique and enjoyable boarding option for your dogs whenever you need to find temporary care for them, where you can be sure they are having a vacation of their own. Everyone here works incredibly hard to ensure that all the dogs go home happy, healthy and exhausted! Part of the reward in working here is building a bond with each and every one of our doggie guests. I hope to meet you on a tour soon if you are new to Camp, where I can show you around and give you a good idea of what Camp is all about!
Lily | Camp Supervisor
Hi, I’m Lily! Working at Dogs at Camp has been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling experience. I’ve always seen myself as a caring and nurturing person, and this role allows me to share that with both animals and people every day.
As a supervisor, I’m passionate about creating a safe, loving, and enriching space for our campers. Whether I’m helping out behind the scenes, connecting with pet parents, or out with the pack, I’m always working to make camp the best experience possible—for both dogs and their humans!
I live on a farm in Uxbridge with four dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and ages—so it’s safe to say my life at home and at work is equally full of tail-wagging adventures.
Hayden | Head Camp Counsellor
Hello, I’m Hayden and I love working for Dogs at Camp! I have always had a passion for animals; especially dogs. One of my favourite things to do, is to go on adventures with my dogs Maxi, Bee and Alli. I love to live life to its fullest, and getting the chance to do it with dogs makes it so much more fun! Camp is great because it enriches dogs’ lives and my own! Here at Dogs at Camp, tails are always wagging!
