Our Frenchie's, Frankie and Coco had their very first Kennel experience with an 11 night stay at Dogs At Camp. We were very nervous as to what to expect, but doing the pre-tour really helped take the edge off. The staff are very friendly and all seem to love and care for dogs of all breeds, they especially picked up on our pre-stay visit that Frenchie's cannot tolerate excessive heat and suggested my husband go into the airconditioned office while I stayed outside for more details that Tara the Camp Manager was providing.  We received pictures and videos of Frankie and Coco during their stay and a report card following their stay! The morning we dropped them off, Frankie and Coco didn't even look back at us as they went off with one of the counselors for their adventure! Made us feel really good! A 5-star review does not do justice! I wish there were golden stars to give to this amazing kennel and its phenomenal and kind staff. Our two dogs were very well taken care of, loved, and monitored during our 6-day vacation both this year and last. One of our dogs has serious separation anxiety, while the other one is too timid and tends to get very nervous with any changes/sounds/new people. Dogs At Camp is the only kennel where they both feel excited about when we pull in to drop them off, and they keep looking back at the staff as we drive away after picking them up! We have been using Dogs at camp for over Three decades and three dogs later we still use their services. Kobe always has a great time and as illustrated by him rushing to the play area and never saying goodbye when I drop him off, he likes it there.. They take good care of him and I love the specially built barn for the dogs. Kobe is super happy at camp and loves zoomies with other pups! We enjoy reading his report card and thinking he is a good camper! The pictures and videos are helpful when u are missing your fur baby while on holiday! five claws up! Aug-2026. We absolutely love Dogs at Camp! Our Nikita always comes home happy, tired, and healthy. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely love the dogs. We feel completely comfortable leaving our dog in their care because we know she is safe, well looked after, and having so much fun. I have always been concerned with leaving my fur babies with shelters that put your pets in steel cages that are lined up, and stacked high. That’s why I use DAC, the personal touch, one-on-one interaction and all day fun in the forest, ponds or massive yards, ensures that not only is my boy getting physical and mental exercise, he doesn’t feel imprisoned or abandoned. Dogs at Camp is always a blast for our Lolla! She is a 4,5yo Australian Cattle Dog, very energetic and smart, and she has been to Dogs at Camp several times over the past years for 1-2 weeks. Lolla always comes back home happy, well taken care of, and exhausted (!!) from so much playing. The staff is always great and very responsive by email/text/phone. Our dogs Zoey and Jasper love camp! Jasper is a shy boy, and he's really come out of his shell there. And Zoey just loves it. She starts to whine as soon as we turn onto Marsh Hill Road on our way there. Last time we picked up the dogs, Zoey ran back into the building because she didn't want to come home! A great way for dogs to get exercise outdoors, socialize and truly have a "camp" experience. The staff are wonderful. We love the video updates and seeing how the dogs are doing. Plus, they've recently added "report cards" where they tell you more details about how the dogs were and how their stay went. What can I say about this group of caring, professionals who love dogs and make me feel confident when my girl goes to stay with them? We boarded out 11 yr old Basset hound Benny for three nights over the long weekend. The camp was great in informing us on how he was doing. We really enjoyed seeing the photos and videos that were sent to us daily. It was reassuring seeing him with his tail up and wagging as he sniffed his way around camp. The staff adjusted his care by noticing his walk with “ the big dogs” was too tiring for Benny ( as he had to trot to keep up). Instead they arranged for him to have one on one play and cuddle time which I know he would enjoy. The counsellors really know how to make the dogs feel happy and welcome . When we picked him up ( after his bath and nail trim) we were greeted with wags and happy barks. He was telling us all about his adventures at camp. We would totally recommend Dogs at Camp to anyone looking for daycare or boarding. We thank Tara and her team for looking after our pup ( old man pup).

I can't recommend Dogs at Camp highly enough! The moment I mention the word "camp," Daisy bolts to the front door, ready to jump in the car. As soon as we turn into the parking lot, her excitement reaches a whole new level—she's whining with anticipation because she can't wait to see her friends and race around the yard. She's stayed overnight several times now and always comes home happily exhausted from all the playtime. We've also started adding the off-leash pack walks, which have been fantastic for helping her burn off energy while having even more fun. Every visit ends with an amazing report card that gives us a glimpse into all the adventures she had that day. What truly sets Dogs at Camp apart is the incredible staff. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely love the dogs in their care. We always leave Daisy knowing she's not just being looked after—she's being cared for like family. Daisy is a rescue, so while we don't know much about her life before she came to us, we knew we wanted an environment where she could spend her days playing, socializing, and being part of a pack rather than a traditional crate-style boarding facility. Dogs at Camp has exceeded every expectation. She absolutely loves it there and has become a happy-go-lucky girl who can hardly contain her excitement for her next visit with all of her BFFs. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be loved, exercised, socialized, and genuinely excited to return, this is it.
